Email hello@theodds.news with a short description of the problem, your iPhone model and iOS version, and the app screen where it occurred. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or other sensitive information.

Account and sign-in

You can read The Odds News without an account. Signing in enables follows, preferences, and notification settings. If sign-in is unavailable, you can continue reading and email support for help.

Account deletion

To delete your account, open the Account screen in the app, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This removes the account and its associated follows, preferences, and notification registrations. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.

Notifications

You can change notification permission in iOS Settings. After signing in, you can manage notification categories from the Account screen in The Odds News.

Report incorrect content

News, probabilities, and automated story-to-market matches may be delayed or incorrect. Use the in-app feedback action when available, or email the story headline and a link to the source. The Odds News is informational and does not execute trades.
